Step 1: Free 15-Minute Consultation
We'll have a brief, no-pressure conversation about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and whether we're a good fit. You can ask any questions about my approach, the process, or anything else on your mind.
Step 2: Complete Simple Paperwork
If we both feel it's a good match, you'll receive simple intake forms to complete before we meet. These forms help me understand your background, goals, and what you'd like to focus on in our sessions together.
Step 3: Attend Your First Session
In our first virtual session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, what you'd like to achieve, and begin building the tools you need. All sessions are completely confidential. Most clients tell me they feel relief just from finally being heard.
What to Expect Moving Forward
Session Frequency
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and support meaningful change. As progress is made, we may move to bi-weekly, then maintenance or quarterly sessions as needed.
Session frequency is always collaborative and adjusted to support you where you are.
Care Without Insurance Pressure
I currently do not accept insurance, allowing for greater flexibility, privacy, and individualized care. Limited subsidized weekly rates (reduced rates) are available.
Superbill Support
Superbills are available upon request so you may seek possible out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.
