Compassionate Therapy for Life’s Transitions
I believe that a meaningful and fulfilling life is possible, even when challenges feel overwhelming. Life experiences, past wounds, and internal patterns can sometimes create barriers that show up as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or a loss of direction. Therapy provides a supportive space to explore these experiences, develop insight, and move toward healing and growth.

Compassionate support for…
Individuals
Individuals often seek therapy when they are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship concerns. I take an individualized and integrative approach, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client. Within a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, and somatic techniques.
Adolescence 12+
Adolescence can be an especially challenging time, marked by academic pressure, social expectations, emotional changes, and questions about identity. Some teens may withdraw, feel anxious, or become overwhelmed as they try to navigate these demands. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where teens can speak openly about their experiences. My work focuses on supporting teens with ADHD, neurodiversity, and anxiety while helping them develop self-understanding, confidence, and practical coping skills.
Couples/Families
Healthy intimate relationships offer a powerful space for personal growth and meaningful connection. A strong partnership is built on emotional safety, open communication, and secure bonding. In my work with couples and families, I draw from evidence-based approaches including the Gottman Method, Imago Relationship Therapy, and the work of Esther Perel to help clients navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships.
